Marketing/Sales Manager Opportunity – Mortgage Industry

Location:  San Antonio Texas (remote)

Type: W-2, part time (potential for full time)

Job Description:

  • Engage Mortgage Professionals: Proactively connect with loan officers who produce between $8 million and $30 million annually.
  • Close Deals: Leverage your industry knowledge to secure partnerships and drive hiring success.
  • Build Industry Relationships: Foster strong, lasting connections within the mortgage and real estate sectors.
  • Support Onboarding: Guide new hires through the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration and retention.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Work within a results-driven framework, leveraging your industry experience to meet and exceed goals.

Experience Required:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience (mortgage or financial services sector preferred), particularly in sales, marketing, or business development roles.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales or client relationship management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience in prospecting, cold outreach, and using CRM tools to manage leads and relationships.
  • A history of successfully closing high-value deals or partnerships (preferably in the mortgage or real estate industries.)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, email campaigns, and sales enablement tools.
