We’re seeking skilled loan processors with a strong understanding of mortgage products and the ability to collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review Loan Applications: Verify the accuracy and completeness of loan applications and supporting documents.
  • Coordinate Documentation: Collect, review, and validate borrower documentation, including income, assets, credit, and property information.
  • Maintain Compliance: Ensure all loans meet regulatory guidelines and lender-specific requirements.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders: Serve as the primary point of contact for loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, and other parties to ensure a smooth process.
  • Monitor Pipeline Progress: Track loan files from submission to closing, managing deadlines and ensuring all required conditions are met.
  • Resolve Issues: Identify and address any discrepancies or missing information promptly to avoid delays.
  • Stay Market-Informed: Stay updated on current mortgage guidelines, industry trends, and regulatory changes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Industry Experience:
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a mortgage loan processor or in a similar role.
    • Familiarity with conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan programs.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency with Loan Origination Software (LOS) and other mortgage processing tools.
    • Strong skills in document management and digital communication platforms.
  • Attention to Detail:
    • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously with accuracy.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and explain loan requirements.
  • Regulatory Knowledge:
    • Understanding of state and federal mortgage regulations, including RESPA, TILA, and TRID compliance.
  • Problem-Solving Ability:
    • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues during the loan processing stage.
